▢1 can vanilla frosting
▢2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
▢1 cup red and green jujubes cut in large pieces
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or tinfoil.
Melt the canned icing in the microwave, approximately 1 minute, until melted and liquidy.
Melt the chocolate chips in a glass Pyrex measuring cup in the microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth and melted.
Quickly mix the warm icing into the chocolate chips.
Add in the chopped jujubes and stir until the pieces are mixed throughout.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate until firm.
Slice into 36 squares. Store in a closed container. These freeze exceptionally well!
These are great to make ahead and freeze!
