BEEF AND BROCCOLI RECIPE

Ingredients:
Beef Marinade:
1-lb flank steak cut across the grain into 1/8 thin slices, then cut into 2-inch length pieces
3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp Sriracha/hot Asian chilli sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
Sauce:
1 tbsp Japanese rice wine or dry sherry (see notes in the post)
2 tbsp low sodium chicken broth
5 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
