beef and shrimp tacos



500 g Minced Beef

2 tbsp Olive Oil

½ pcs Onion diced

1 pcs Garlic Clove minced

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Paprika Powder

¼ tsp Cumin Powder

¼ tsp Garlic Powder

¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Salt & Pepper to taste

½ can Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Mustard


500 g Raw Shrimps

1 tbsp Olive Oil

½ tsp Chili Powder

¼ tsp Garlic Powder

2 tbsp Lime Juice

Salt & Pepper to taste

To Serve

12 pcs Flour Tortillas small

2 pcs Avocado

Pico de Gallo

Fresh Coriander

1 pcs Jalapeño

Direction :


Heat up a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil with the diced onions and sautee them for 3-4 minutes

Add the minced garlic and reduce the heat to medium

Add the beef along with all spices. Use a large spoon or spatula to break the beef into smaller chunks and pieces. Cook and stir until it has browned

Add tomato sauce and mustard and simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce has reduced and thickened, for about 3-5 minutes


Heat up a skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil with the shrimps and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add lime juice, chili, garlic, salt and pepper and cook it until cooked through

To Serve

Spoon the beef and the shrimp onto the tortillas. Add toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and cheese. Sprinkle Coriander and Jalapenos, if needed, and serve immediately
