° 120 g semi-salted butter
° 80 to 100 g of sugar
° 2 eggs

° 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
° 1 grated lemon zest
Melt the butter in the microwave.
In a bowl over a bain-marie, combine the melted butter, beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until it is smooth.
