How to make Cheesy Taco Pasta

Step 1: Following the package directions, cook the pasta. Drain when done and set aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef to the skillet and cook while breaking the meat up using a spoon until no longer pink. Drain the grease when done.

Step 3: To the ground beef, add the onion and garlic. Stir and cook for about a minute. Add in the taco seasoning along with dried oregano, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour in 3/4 cup of water, stir well, and continue to cook until the water has evaporated.

Step 4: To the skillet, add the pasta, then stir in the salsa and cheese.

Step 5: Enjoy the Cheesy Taco Pasta straightaway with crunchy tortilla chips, sour cream, and extra cheese on top if desired.
