Chicken salad croissant

Top a flaky croissant with a creamy chicken mixture for a delicious midday meal, ready in a few minutes.

* Ingredients :

° 2 cold and simple croissants with butter

° Half a cup of light mayonnaise

° 1 c. Lemon juice

° ½ tsp. honey

° 1 crushed garlic clove

° 1 cup cooked chicken, boneless and chopped

° ½ cup halved red grapes

° ½ cup chopped celery

° 1 chopped green onion

° Salt and pepper to taste

* Preparation : 

Bake croissants according to package directions.

2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey and garlic and mix well.

3. Add chicken, raisins, celery, green onions, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

4. Cut the croissants open and spread them over the chicken filling on top of the sandwiches.

• Enjoy raw vegetables, green salad or vegetable soup.
