How To Make Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque?
Ingredients :
Cream f Chicken Soup
Half a kilo of medium shrimp, divided in half
2 crab fingers cut into circles
3 teaspoons corn
1 medium-sized tomato
A tablespoon of ghee
Spices:
Pinch of cumin
Pinch of ground coriander
Pinch of crushed cardamom
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of red pepper, hot powder
5 tablespoons of cooking cream
Parsley about garnish
Directions:
Step 1:
Prepare the soup as shown on the envelope, then add the boiled shrimp and corn.
Step 2:
In a blender, put tomatoes, ghee, spices, and a little water.
Step 3:
After the soup is cooked, turn on the heat and add the tomato mixture to the soup, and stir.
Step 4:
When it boils, add the crab circles, add two tablespoons of cooking cream and stir for a minute, then turn off the heat.
Step 5:
Serve the soup with parsley for decoration, and you can draw circles with the soup from the cooking cream for decoration
