1/4 red onion finely chopped

1 large ripe tomato, finely chopped

3-1/2 oz | 100 grams mini pepperoni slices

Fresh basil leaves finely shredded

3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp dried Italian herbs or Italian seasoning

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Add the crushed garlic and melted butter into a small mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Place the bread onto the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle 1/2 of the garlic-butter sauce over the bread.

Spread pizza sauce over the garlic-butter layer.

Top the bread with tomatoes, onions, basil, pepperoni, and cheese.

Drizzle the rest of the garlic-butter sauce over the bread, then sprinkle Italian herbs.

Cover the bread with aluminium foil.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
