  • ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

For the Frosting

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups shredded, sweetened coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
