INGREDIENTS
3 pounds of chicken wings
seasoning with salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil (vegetable)
a 1/2 of soy sauce
2 tblsp barbecue sauce
1 gallon honey
Optional garnish: 4 garlic cloves, minced green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking pan with cooking spray and place a piece of aluminum foil on it. On a baking sheet, arrange chicken wings in a single layer.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, bbq sauce, honey, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
Toss the chicken wings in the sauce to completely coat them.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized and the chicken is fully cooked. If desired, garnish with green onions.
