MOM’S CABBAGE BURGERS

4 medium cabbage heads

1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 large Egg
1/4 cup oil or butter (melted)
3 cup flour
