* Ingredients :
° 1 stick (12 cups) unsalted butter
° 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
° 2 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
° 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
° 1 cup whole milk
° 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
° 1 (19 ounce) peaches can be cut in juice
° 1 tsp ground cinnamon
° 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
* Instructions :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a 9 * 13 baking plate (or 2-8 * 8 baking plates ). Leave aside and put the butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe mixing bowl. heat butter in micro-wave until it melt . Adding 1 cup sugar / flour / baking powder / and salt and combine . Add milk & vanilla, & whisk until mixed . Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pour the peaches over the mixture, and place in the evening around the pan. Keep the juice out of the box and add 12 cups of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to the juice. Whisk to combine. Pour the juice over the peaches and bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown. Serving with a spoon-ful of ice cream on top if wanted .
