- 2 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- fresh Italian parsley for garnish
