Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray in an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Add 1 cup sugar and melted butter into a large bowl. Whisk until well blended.
Add the cocoa, 1 tsp vanilla extract, red food colouring, salt, and vinegar. Stir until well combined.
Add 2 eggs and beat until well mixed.
Add flour and stir until well mixed. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the batter for later use.
Transfer the rest of the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Add the cream cheese into the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until smooth.
Add 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, then beat again until well blended.
Drop dollops of the mixture on top of the batter. Use a spatula to flatten it out.
Spread the reserved batter on top, then cream swirls by running a knife on it.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Slice into small bars. Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge.
