4 egg yolks
½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
1 ¾ of mascarpone cheese
2 ½ cup of chopped oreo
1 cup of strong coffee
In a water bath, beat the egg yolks with sugar and water to create foam. Carefully remove the pan with the glass bowl from the heat and continue mixing with a whisk until cool.
In another bowl, whip cream, and vanilla essence until smooth. Add the mascarpone cheese, the egg cream and mix with circular movements.
To assemble, in a refractory, place a layer of cream, a layer of Oreo, and wet with coffee. Continue to alternate the layers in the same order and finish with a layer of cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
