3 cups of sugar
1 cup of butter
6 eggs, separated
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

3 cups all-purpose flour, sieve before measuring
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
