Ingredients
¼ c. olive oil
6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 tsp onion powder
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 ¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
⅓ – ½ tsp chilli powder
How to make Perfectly Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 450 degrees.
Step 2: Using parchment paper, line a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3: After peeling the potatoes, dice them and place the pieces in a large bowl, and set them aside.
Step 4: Place the olive oil and spices in a smaller bowl. Mix well until combined. Pour this over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Step 5: On the prepared baking sheet, spread the potatoes. Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the potatoes for about 35 minutes, flipping them every 10 minutes.
Step 6: Remove the potatoes from the oven once tender and crispy. If needed, sprinkle the potatoes with additional salt. Enjoy!
