Spinach Feta Cheese Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 pie crust
2 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 bunch fresh spinach, chopped (about 1 c chopped)
1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c feta cheese crumbles
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Thaw the frozen pie crust at room temperature.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Use a fork to poke small holes over the pie crust.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Add eggs, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Spread the onions over the crust.
Add the spinach over the onions.
Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.
Spread the crumbled feta cheese on top.
Pour the egg mixture over.
Place the pie onto a cookie sheet.
