Ingredients:
¾ c (187.5 ml) water
¾ c (183 ml) milk
4 tbsp (56.7 g) butter, softened
¼ c (50 g) sugar
1 1/2 tsp (8.5 g) salt
3 ¾- 4 c (468.75 – 500 g) all-purpose flour
2 1/4 – 3 tsp (7 -10 grams) rapid rise yeast

Directions Easy Dinner Rolls:
Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add milk, water, sugar, butter, and salt. Beat until well combined.
Add yeast and 3 1/2 cup of flour. Beat until well mixed.
Add more flour and beat until it resembles a soft dough.
Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and place the dough on it. Knead until smooth,
Form small balls out of the dough.
Arrange the balls onto the prepared pan.
Cover the balls with cloth and allow them to rise for 20 minutes. Make sure to place them in a warm area.
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Place the balls inside the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Remove them from the oven and brush melted butter over each roll while still hot.
Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add more flavours for these rolls.
Feel free to use a bowl and a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients.
You can use oil instead of butter as well.
